Spectrum, a new addition to the neighborhood bringing light and joy during this crazy time. Brad Carney, an artist with a studio at 915 Spring Garden says, “The rainbow stairway is a response in conjunction with all the rainbows around the world being placed in home and business windows, doorways, and spread through social media, as a sign of hope and togetherness, that everything will be alright. It’s been part of scavenger hunts, and used as a beacon of joy during this turbulent time. Let us all shine as bright and colorful as a rainbow.”
