Crane Watch: 741 Spring Garden

Cranes are onsite and steel is in the ground for the newest project on Spring Garden Street.

741 Spring Garden is a modular construction project which will have 146 apartments above 5,000 SF of retail on the ground floor. This project is the first ground up construction project from long time Spring Arts investors Arts + Crafts Holdings who has been carrying out large scale renovations in the area.
